Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • Time Frame: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Receipt: You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Downloaded Software Products
  • Customized Products

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at support@citymshop.com or call Customer Service +1(818)650-9643 to initiate a return. Provide your order number, item(s) to be returned, and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive a Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to send your item back.
  3. Ship the Item: Securely pack your item in the original packaging, include all accessories, and ship it to the address provided with your RA number. Ensure the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different one, follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement item.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If the item is received damaged or defective, we will cover the return shipping costs.
