Returns are accepted for items that are unused, unopened, and in resalable condition.

b. Exchange Eligibility:

We accept exchanges for defective or damaged products within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Exchanges are available for items that are in unused condition and come with all original packaging and accessories.

Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items

Certain items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. These include:

Consumable products such as batteries.
Products that have been opened and used, unless they are found to be defective.
Personalized or customized items.
Items that are returned without the original packaging and accessories.
Return and Exchange Process

b. Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the product or receiving an exchange.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a returns form, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us will not be accepted without first requesting a return.

c. For returns, once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within10 business days.

d. For exchanges, once the defective or damaged item is received and inspected, we will send a replacement item to you.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a CityM Shop error.
It may take 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a CityM Shop error.
